Sudzsees™ are designed for quick, assisted magnification during personal care routines and other short-term situations where temporary close-up magnification may be helpful. They are not prescription glasses, safety glasses, protective eyewear, medical devices, swim or sports goggles, or eyewear intended for long-term reading or continuous wear.
Intended Use
Sudzsees™ are intended for short-term, close-up assisted magnification only. They are not a substitute for prescription eyewear, professional eye care, medical advice, or safety-rated protective equipment.
Do not use Sudzsees™ while driving, operating machinery or power tools, handling sharp or hazardous objects, swimming, exercising, or performing activities that require unobstructed distance vision, accurate depth perception, or safety-rated eye protection.
Discontinue use if you experience discomfort, dizziness, blurry vision, eye strain, headache, skin irritation, or any other unexpected reaction or difficulty while using the product.
Wet & Slippery Environments
Sudzsees™ are designed to be useful during personal care routines, including shower use. As with any activity in a wet environment, use appropriate caution.
Water, soap, shampoo, conditioner, shaving products, oils, lotions, hair products, and other substances can create slippery surfaces. Always remain aware of your surroundings when using Sudzsees™ in showers, bathrooms, spas, salons, locker rooms, or other wet or slippery environments.
Sudzsees™ are not designed to protect the eyes, face, skin, or body from chemicals, impact, debris, heat, steam, sprays, splashes, tools, sharp objects, cosmetics, hair color, salon products, cleaning products, or other hazards. Never use Sudzsees™ as a substitute for appropriate protective eyewear.
Adult Use & Accessories
Sudzsees™ are intended for adult use only and are not toys. Keep the glasses and all included accessories away from children and pets.
The included lanyard is intended for hanging or storing Sudzsees™ and is not intended to be worn around the neck. The lanyard may present a strangulation or entanglement hazard if misused.
The suction cup and other small components or packaging materials may present choking, ingestion, or other hazards. Do not allow children or pets to wear, chew, pull, wrap, swing, or play with Sudzsees™ or any included accessories.
Product Care & Inspection
Inspect Sudzsees™ and their accessories before use. Do not use any component that is cracked, torn, loose, damaged, excessively stretched, weakened, broken, contaminated, or otherwise not functioning as intended.
Do not cut, modify, alter, improperly repair, or use Sudzsees™ or their accessories for purposes for which they were not designed. Follow all product-use, care, cleaning, storage, and installation instructions provided with your Sudzsees™.
User Responsibility & Limitation of Liability
By purchasing or using Sudzsees™, you acknowledge that you are responsible for using, handling, storing, cleaning, and maintaining the product and its accessories safely and as intended.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sudzsees™, LLC shall not be liable for injuries, losses, property damage, or other damages resulting from misuse, unintended use, improper handling, improper storage, improper installation of accessories, unauthorized modification, failure to follow product instructions or warnings, or use of a damaged product.
Nothing in this disclaimer is intended to exclude, restrict, or waive any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable consumer protection law.
